Total Delivery Time for Your Order

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item's processing time when you click "See estimated arrival date" on the item page.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

When to Expect Your Order to Arrive

During checkout you can see the estimated arrival date for each item in your cart. We determine this date using the maximum processing and shipping time.

We offer two shipping methods for most items:

  • Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (2 to 3 business days)

Please note:

Arrival dates include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks.

How Shipping Costs Are Determined

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.

In your shopping cart we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States.

Please note: You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping to an Address Other Than Your Billing Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.

Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

If you believe an item in your order is missing, didn't arrive, or is damaged or defective, here's what you can do:

If an Item Is Missing

Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments.

The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately, and you can use Track Your Orders to see if the rest of your order is on its way.

If your shipment arrives and you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

If Your Order Didn't Arrive

Most orders can be tracked. If you wish to track an order that you believe is late, go to Track Your Orders.

If you track your order and still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us.

Please Note: While our Customer Service associates will try to assist, please understand that they do not have any additional information other than what is available from the shipment carrier's website.

If an Item Is Damaged or Defective

We are committed to your shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from ACareOTC.com is damaged or defective, you can return it to us.

To return or replace an item by mail: If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement by mail. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.

What's the AcareOTC Stores returns policy?

Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 30 days of purchase with the package unopened, in its original manufucturer's packages.

What's AcareOTC's No Receipt returns policy?

AcareOTC's No Receipt policy applies to items returned in a store only. You have the option of a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase or an even exchange for the product. We also follow any manufacturer's warranties.

Can I return my ACareOTC.com purchase to an AcareOTC's store?

All merchandise sold and shipped by ACareOTC.com may be returned to a store within 30 days of receiving it, unless noted otherwise.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

If there is an error on our part related to your order we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?

An item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
